HOW MUCH IS AN RV?

HOW MUCH DOES AN RV WEIGH?
Depending on the size of the RV and the amount of stuff inside, a fully loaded travel trailer can weigh anywhere from 1,000 to over 10,000 pounds. The Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) is specified by the manufacturer and should never be exceeded. Unloaded (dry weight) should be 1,000 pounds lower than your tow capacity.
HOW TO WINTERIZE AN RV?
Follow the steps below to winterize your RV and protect the plumbing system:
- Remove any inline water filters.
- Drain and flush the potable, black and grey water tanks.
- Let the water heater tank cool, then drain.
- Use a water pump conversion kit to introduce RV antifreeze into the system.
