The RV life represents time with family and friends discovering new adventures and destinations. It most certainly doesn’t mean cooking elaborate dishes in the galley of your RV or luxury motorhome. And, of course, it also doesn’t mean that you have to sacrifice enjoying great meals while traveling and staying at your destinations. These three great RV meals can be prepared in less than thirty minutes. Your family and friends will be amazed at how delicious they taste.

The first is Aunt Jane’s Sloppy Joes. Here’s what you’ll need to get started. Take four pounds of ground beef, one green pepper, one medium onion, four teaspoons of salt, one teaspoon of pepper, one teaspoon of glutamate food enhancer, two cups of ketchup, four tablespoons with brown sugar, a tablespoon of white vinegar, four teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce and a cup of water.

Simply, brown the beef and let the excess drain. Then, you’ll chop the green pepper and onion and add them with the ground beef into a sauce pan. Use a separate mixing bowl to stir in the rest of the ingredients. Once the ingredients are mixed completely, add them to the ground beef and vegetables. Then, let the entire thing simmer for 20 minutes and enjoy with your friends.

The second meal that takes under 30 minutes is the Easy Breezy Chicken Casserole. For this meal you will need four chicken breasts that are boneless and skinless, a small can of drained mushrooms, a family-size box of rice and pasta mix, one large can of green diced chilies, two cups of grated Monterey Jack cheese and a small container of sour cream.

To prepare the Easy Breezy Chicken Casserole, first cook the chicken for about 15 minutes on each side. Afterwards, cut the breasts into bite-sized pieces. Follow the cooking instruction on the box for the rice and pasta. Next, layer the green chilies inside the bottom to the casserole dish. Layer the other ingredients, starting with the chicken, the rice and pasta mix, mushrooms, olives, cheese and, finally, the sour cream. Place the dish in the oven and let it bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese has melted. This dish can be served with your favorite bread or salad.

Finally, the third quick dinner is the Italian Sausage Kabobs. What you’ll need to get started are two medium zucchinis, a medium green pepper, a medium onion, and a red pepper. Cut these four ingredients into two-inch pieces. Next take 1-1/2 pounds of Italian-styled sausage and cut it into two-inch pieces, as well. You’ll also need a tablespoon of olive oil, one tablespoon of dried basil leaves and one can of pizza sauce.

To prepare the kabobs, stir the pizza sauce, oil and basil together and set them aside. Then cook the sausage pieces in a skillet over medium heat until they’re partially cooked. Be sure to drain the grease from the sausage. Place the zucchini pieces, peppers, onions and sausage pieces on metal skewers in an alternating fashion. Grill the the kabobs covered over medium heat and then turn them to to four times and brush the reserved pizza sauce every time. Afterwards, remove them from the heat when sausage is fully cooked and the vegetables seem tender.
