Measuring 31 feet 2 inches long, this dual-axle travel trailer features a 6,700-pound unit base weight, 8,800-pound GVWR, 2,100-pound net carrying capacity, and 900-pound hitch weight. The front bedroom features a 60"" x 75"" queen bed, while dedicated rear bunks and a convertible dinette help the 30FB accommodate up to eight travelers, giving larger families and groups the sleeping capacity they need without giving up Airstream’s iconic aluminum construction and premium feel.
Inside, the 30FBQ is thoughtfully arranged to give everyone their own space. The rear bunk area includes a generous 54"" x 76"" lower bunk and 53"" x 78"" upper bunk, while the 43"" x 76"" convertible dinette adds another flexible sleeping area. The kitchen is equipped for feeding the whole crew with a large 9.7 cu. ft. 12V refrigerator with freezer, three-burner LP stove and oven, standard microwave, stainless-steel sink, and abundant cabinetry and storage. With 19 interior windows and skylights, the Flying Cloud maintains Airstream’s signature bright, open atmosphere while providing the storage and functionality needed for longer family trips.
The 2026 Airstream Flying Cloud 30FBQ backs up its spacious interior with serious campground capability. It comes with 50-amp electrical service, a 15,000 BTU primary ducted A/C with heat pump, a second 13,500 BTU ducted A/C with heat pump, a 30,000 BTU furnace, and a 2,000-watt inverter. Large 53-gallon fresh, 40-gallon gray, and 35-gallon waste tanks help support extended stays, while an available 300-watt solar system with 2.5 kWh heated lithium batteries can add even greater flexibility. For 2026, Airstream also introduced redesigned adjustable QuietStream™ A/C vents for improved airflow and personalized climate control throughout the trailer.
