COMPANY: The Grand Re-Opening of Lazydays® features over $3 million in spec-tacular renovations plus an expansion that again set higher standards for customer service in the RV industry.

FACILITIES: The project spanned 8 months and was completed in February 2005. The main dealership building has been expanded to 86,625 sq. ft. of which 8,600-sq. ft. is new construction and 50,400 sq. ft. has been renovated or remodeled. Details of the expansion and remodeling include:
• Main dealership building increased in size to 86,625 sq. ft.
• Service Pavilion added with a 6,600-sq. ft. customer lounge
• Customer lounge includes: professional concierge services, gourmet coffee station, flat screen TV’s, and luxuriously appointed seating areas
• Learning Center with 170 seats for customer seminars and employee training
• New offices for over 45 customer service personnel responsible for service and delivery operations
• New offices for five full-time manufacturer representatives
• New executive board room that seats 22
• 160 newly decorated sales department offices
• Lazydays’ Café replaces Festival Hall which will serve 300,000 meals to customers and guests this year
DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS: Tampa-based Studio M Interior Design, Inc. created a spa-like, resort theme throughout the new service pavilion and renovation of the main building:
• Maple wood floors with vinyl finish
• Natural grass-cloth wall coverings
• Woven textured rattan furniture with traditional woods
• Wide plantation shutters
• Light fixtures and framing with silver and pewter accents
• Crown molding
• Custom pewter-woven barrel lights
• Custom framed artwork
• Renovated conference room with cherry wood furniture
• Renovated Café with Italian, Tuscan influences
• New wall coverings, paint, artwork, furniture, carpet and wood flooring in the 40,000 sq. ft. sales center
• New sales lounge for the sales center
