Comfort and Convenience

1. A dedicated toll-free number (877 LD CROWN or 877.532.7696) to call when making service appointments or when you require other customer service assistance. Ask for extension 4562.

2. A personalized CrownClub membership card issued each year that will be used for express check-in at the CrownClub entrance, Clubhouse lobby and RallyPark®.

3. CrownClub membership decal for your luxury motor coach.

4. Exclusive member-only access to all the amenities of the 17,000 sq. ft. Clubhouse. These amenities include a bar, lounge, dining room and comfortable library on the Club Level and the BusinessCenter, swimming pool and outdoor deck on the Lobby Level.

5. Complimentary breakfast and lunch as well as cocktails and hors d’oeuvres served Monday through Saturday.

Delivery and Service

6. Exclusive member-only access to the 35,000 sq. ft. ServiceCenter at CrownClub. The ServiceCenter includes 43 luxury motor coach service bays and 42 overnight sites for delivery and service.

7. A personal service advisor assigned to meet your delivery and service needs.

8. The CrownClub delivery experience includes a comprehensive Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) conducted by RVIA/RVDA master certified technicians. At the completion of your delivery experience, we will fill your luxury motor coach with fuel and/or propane, as well as thoroughly clean it at no extra charge. (This benefit does not apply to As-Is units.)

9. Lazydays® will prepare, at no charge to you, the necessary documents to title and register your motor coach in your home state. If you are a Florida resident, we will pay the titling and registration fees and file the documents
directly with the Florida Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV). If you are titling and registering your motor coach outside of Florida, we will send you the necessary documents to present to your state’s DMV. These documents
usually arrive within 3 weeks of your motor coach delivery. All non-Florida state titling and registration fees are the responsibility of each motor coach owner.

10. A dedicated RVIA/RVDA master certified technician to answer your motor coach maintenance, repair or technical questions Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Ask for extension 4722.

11. Complimentary CrownClub site on the day prior to your service appointment. (Subject to availability.) Check-in is after 1 p.m.

12. For service after delivery, your service advisor will meet you at your CrownClub site on the morning of your service appointment to write your repair order.

13. Repairs and scheduled maintenance provided by an experienced team of service advisors and RVIA/RVDA certified technicians specializing in luxury motor coaches.

14. Automatic warranty transfer on all qualifying pre-owned luxury motor coaches.

15. Complimentary exterior coach wash upon completion of service.

16. A 10% discount on factory recommended routine chassis maintenance performed at Lazydays. (May not be used in combination with any other discounts.)

RV Lifestyle

17. Full participation in all Lazydays® customer reward and recognition programs including Friends & Family and Customer for Life. (See separate brochures for details on these programs.)

18. Complimentary attendance at one 4-day, 3-night “Member Appreciation” rally held each year at RallyPark®. Rallies include an RV site, 2 catered dinners, prizes, customer recognition and 2 nights of entertainment. Reservations are re quired and subject to availability.

19. Invitations to luxury motor coach Reunions held exclusively for CrownClub® members; reservations are required and subject to availability.

20. Twenty (20) complimentary nights at RallyPark plus twenty (20) additional nights with each future qualifying motor coach purchase. (Reservations are required and subject to availability.)

21. A 10% discount on individual RallyPark stays (excludes rally packages and group stays) after complimentary nights have been redeemed.

22. Complimentary subscription to Lazydays RV Showcase.

23. Complimentary RV Driver Confidence Course attendance. Learn everything you need to know about driving your motor coach. This course includes a classroom training session followed by a hands-on driving session. Certificates
are provided upon course completion. (Reservations are required and subject to availability.)

24. Through an exclusive agreement with Fantasy RV Tours, the nation’s premier guided RV vacation tour company, your RV purchase entitles you to a certificate valued up to $1,000 off one of 27 exciting RV caravans. Redeem your discount certificate any time during your first year of ownership toward the cost of a Fantasy Vacation in Alaska, the continental US, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Europe, the Canadian Maritimes, or Mexico. Affiliated Memberships

25. Through an exclusive agreement with Thousand Trails, Lazydays has satisfied the $7,995 Eastern or Western Zone Membership fee as well as the first three months dues for all retail customers taking delivery of an RV (new members only). You may choose an Eastern Zone membership with 23 private campgrounds (16 east of the Mississippi and 7 in Texas) or a Western Zone membership with 35 private campgrounds (located in Arizona, British Columbia, California, Nevada, Oregon and Washington). After 90 days, you can continue your membership privileges with the payment of annual dues of $449 plus tax. A National Membership is available for an additional initiation fee
of $2,495 (see program brochure for details).

26. When you purchase a new motor coach on a Freightliner Chassis, Freightliner pays your first year’s membership in the Freightliner Chassis Owners Club. Once you are a member you can purchase a Chrysler, Dodge, or Jeep vehicle under the Chrysler Affiliate Rewards Program. The purchase price is below dealer invoice and includes any cash rebates or special financing.

27. First-year membership to the Family Motor Coach Association which includes a subscription to FMCA’s official monthly publication, a membership directory, educational programs, approximately 400 organized chapters, area
rallies and more (for new members only).

28. One-year Camping World President’s Club membership (or one-year extension). With this membership you will receive a 10% discount on your camping and RV accessory purchases or installation charges from Camping World.

29. Flying J RV Real Value Club membership. Members receive a discount on fuel purchases as well as discounts on other Flying J products and services.

30. Cummins Power Masters Club membership (RV with new or pre-owned Cummins diesel motor qualifies.) This membership includes a 10% discount on Cummins parts and labor, newsletters, clinics, first year Good Sam
membership (new members only), express check-in for repairs and nationwide engine roadside assistance.
